38-year-old high-risk sex offender, Loring Riel Sky Rush, was arrested in Jamestown on suspicion of felony corruption or solicitation of a minor. A teenage girl who had been reported missing from western North Dakota was found safe at home. Rush is being held at Stutsman County Correctional Center, with an ongoing investigation and more charges expected.
