47-year-old Aurora handyman, Jose Vazquez-Flores, has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse after admitting to inappropriately sexually contacting a 16-year-old girl at a Joliet home where he was hired as a handyman on April 25. The victim's parent had hired him for repairs. Vazquez-Flores was questioned by detectives on June 11 and admitted to the sexual abuse, leading to his arrest and charge.
