Whitehorse RCMP concludes investigation into allegations of holds, restraints and isolation spaces at Jack Hulland Elementary School, determining no criminal charges will be laid. The RCMP engaged Victim Services throughout the investigation and will not provide further comments on the case. A letter was distributed to the school community, updating them on the investigation's conclusion.
