Tata Nexon EV and Tata Punch EV achieve 5-star safety ratings in Bharat NCAP crash tests, making them the first electric vehicles to secure top safety ratings in India. Both vehicles scored highly for adult and child occupant protection. The Tata Nexon EV earned 29.86 out of 32 points for adult occupant protection and 44.54 out of 49 for child occupant protection, while the Tata Punch EV secured 31.46 points out of 32 for adult protection and 45 points out of 49 for child protection.
