Pixalate launches a new SCO audit and verification tool to address ad fraud, redundant supply paths, and invalid traffic.

Pixalate, a top ad fraud protection platform, has launched a new SCO (Supply Chain Object) audit and verification tool. The tool helps buyers avoid wasted ad spend and fix issues in complex, fragmented supply paths. Recent Pixalate research found that 17% of SCOs failed verification, and these failed SCOs had a likely 32% higher IVT (invalid traffic) rate. The tool detects, traces, and addresses at scale: invalid traffic (ad fraud), redundant supply paths, unauthorized sellers, and app/domain spoofing. The platform uses 16 validation and verification reason codes for every ad impression to classify invalid SCO information.
