OpenAI's annualised revenue increased to $3.4bn in around half a year, up from $1.6bn, according to CEO Sam Altman. Most of the revenue comes from OpenAI's products and services, and the company is also on track to generate around $200m by offering access to its AI models through Microsoft Azure. The recent revenue growth can be attributed to the success of ChatGPT, which has driven the development of AI technology.
