2023 Londonderry anti-terrorism suspects' charges dropped due to insufficient evidence.
Charges dropped against three family members in Londonderry, Northern Ireland, who were arrested during an anti-terrorist operation in September 2023. Gerard Kelly, his daughter Shannon Kelly, and brother John Kelly were accused of possessing explosives and firearms with intent to endanger life. The charges were dropped at Derry Magistrates' Court as the test for prosecution was not met.
