Last Auckland bribery defendant Daud Nugroho Suryantyo pleads not guilty in $3.5m public funds abuse case.
Daud Nugroho Suryantyo, the last defendant in an Auckland bribery and corruption case, has pleaded not guilty. Along with Henry Semiti Rogo, they were accused of abusing their public official positions at Regional Facilities Auckland and Counties Manukau District Health Board. The trio is accused of receiving approximately $3.5 million in public funds through the award of construction contracts.
