1 injured in attempted robbery & assault with weapon at UBC parkade; suspect at large.
1 injured in attempted robbery at UBC; RCMP investigating assault with weapon at a parkade on campus. Incident occurred near Rose Garden parkade at 1:30 p.m. on June 12. Victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital. Police have not located the suspect. Initial reports suggest an attempted robbery led to an altercation and injury.
