Epicor, an enterprise software vendor, acquires Kyklo, a Buffalo-based firm that specializes in Product Information Management (PIM) and lead generation solutions for manufacturers and distributors. The acquisition aligns with Epicor's aim to be an essential partner to essential businesses, as it supports the development of AI-driven cognitive ERP software and enhances Epicor's existing inventory planning applications. Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.
