The couple, with previous criminal records, were identified through CCTV footage and interrogation. They had used a stolen scooty, which was traced and recovered along with the stolen Infinix mobile phone. The case was registered under Sections 356, 379, and 34 of the IPC, and further investigations are ongoing.
