Cosmos Health Inc., a healthcare group, completed the acquisition of Pelofarm's pharmacy distribution network in Arcadia, Greece. The deal involves Cosmos Health's wholly-owned subsidiary, CosmoFarm Pharmaceuticals S.A., and will add over 30 well-established pharmacies to its distribution network. This acquisition is expected to increase the company's annual revenue by more than $5M.
