The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, with the child being taken to a local hospital for treatment. The driver of the truck stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. Bellevue Street is closed at Deckner Avenue, Foeller Drive, and Crooks Street while the investigation continues.
