Benbecula Distillery in Scotland resumes whisky production with a 130-year-old single malt recipe.

Scotland's Benbecula Distillery in the Outer Hebrides begins whisky production, reviving a 130-year-old single malt recipe. Businessman Angus MacMillan developed the distillery in a former salmon processing plant, using local barley, seaweed, peat, and heather.
