Alpine has launched its first all-electric sports car, the A290, with a 380 km (236 mile) range, 6.4-second 0-100 km/h sprint, and €38,000 ($41,059) price tag. The A290 is part of Renault's plan to increase Alpine's revenue to exceed €8 billion by 2030, and it will be produced in France, with deliveries starting at the end of 2021. Alpine aims to launch seven electric vehicles by 2030, including an electric replacement for the A110 and electric crossover SUVs for the US market.
