Leon's Manufacturing, an agri-business in Yorkton, entered receivership, causing its closure and job loss for 80 employees. The company and its subsidiary, Ramrod Equipment, manufactured farm implements and skid steer loader attachments, respectively. Ernst and Young, an Edmonton-based firm, has been appointed as the receiver. The companies owe over $16.6 million and struggled with meeting payroll and utility payments.
