5-year-old October Cooper, last seen in New Tazwell, Tennessee, has prompted an endangered child alert from officials. October, 3'2" tall and 50 lbs., with blonde hair and brown eyes, is believed to be with her non-custodial mother, 39-year-old Victoria Cooper, who is wanted by the Claiborne County Sheriff's Office for custodial interference. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued the alert, and anyone with information is urged to contact the Claiborne County Sheriff's Office at 423-419-0531 or TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
