32-year-old Nathan Dampier, who broke into an apartment in Marion, violated a no-contact order, and barricaded himself inside, was arrested after a two-hour standoff with police. Dampier was charged with violating the no-contact order and 4th degree criminal mischief. This is not his first incident at the same address; he was previously arrested in November for allegedly threatening his girlfriend with a pellet gun and knife.
