44-year-old man killed in hit-and-run in Philadelphia's Juniata Park neighborhood; police search for a 2016-2020 silver or white Mitsubishi Outlander with possible damage to its undercarriage and left front wheel well liner; the victim was crossing the street when he was hit by the SUV on May 29th, and the driver fled the scene.
