39-year-old Justin Jennings charged with attempting to damage an Orange County Sheriff's Department helicopter during his birthday party.
39-year-old Laguna Niguel man, Justin Derek Jennings, has been charged with attempting to damage, destroy or disable an aircraft after an incident at his birthday party on 9th March. Jennings allegedly became enraged during his birthday celebrations and fired a rifle at an Orange County Sheriff's Department helicopter after family members left his home. A federal grand jury indicted Jennings on the charge.
