17-year-old arrested in Johnson City for carjacking; police say the teenager put a gun to a man's head and stole a vehicle on Monday night. The victim reported the incident on Plymouth Road, and officers found the suspect and stolen car at a house in Jonesborough. The teenager was charged with carjacking and theft over $2,500, and taken to the Upper East Tennessee Regional Juvenile Detention Facility.
