Siegfried AG, a Swiss CDMO, plans to acquire an early-phase CDMO in Wisconsin, US, to expand its Drug Substances service offering and strengthen capabilities and geography. The acquisition will help develop Siegfried's North American Siegfried Acceleration Hub for early-phase CDMO services, targeting attractive growth opportunities. Siegfried has signed binding agreements with Curia Global for the acquisition.
