Langley City resident, Courtney Dawson, was shocked to discover that animal control regulations in the City or Township of Langley do not mention felines, after a swarming attack by several domestic cats left her dog badly injured. The incident occurred on June 8, around 5:30 p.m., as Dawson was walking her 11-pound Chihuahua cross, Cooper. The attack happened near a house known for having many cats.
