Modi 3.0 plans to restructure VIP security setup, transferring security duties of high-risk individuals from NSG and ITBP to other paramilitary forces. The Ministry of Home Affairs will review the current list of allottees, potentially modifying or upgrading security covers for political figures, ex-ministers, and retired bureaucrats. The long-awaited proposal to withdraw NSG "black cat" commandos from VIP security duties will also be implemented, transferring their nine Z-plus category protectees to the CRPF VIP security unit.
