Middlesex Township police in Cumberland County are seeking public help to identify a man who abused a dog on June 8th at the Country Manor Mobile Home Park. Several witnesses reported seeing the man pinning the dog to the ground while punching and kicking it, with the dog yelping and crying. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 717-249-7191 or submit a tip online.
