Martin Shkreli, an American investor, is being sued for allegedly retaining and sharing recordings from a one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang Clan album, "Once Upon a Time is Shaolin," after being forced to sell it following his 2017 conviction on securities fraud charges. The cryptocurrency collective, PleasrDAO, purchased the album from Shkreli for $4.75 million and claims he kept and shared copies of the album, causing them significant monetary and irreparable harm.
