Lt Governor Manoj Sinha emphasized efforts to make Jammu & Kashmir farmers "entrepreneurs par excellence" at a Paddy Transplantation Festival. He highlighted administration's efforts under PM Narendra Modi's guidance to empower farming community and rejuvenate agriculture & allied sectors. Sinha expressed gratitude to PM Modi for dedicating Rs. 5013 Crore Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) to create a strong, commercial agriculture sector.
