KKR & Co, a global investment firm, has agreed to invest $850m in Quick Quack Car Wash, a California-based car wash company, to support expansion, marketing, and innovation. KKR's strategic investments group will manage the deal, with Quick Quack's founders and current equity partner, Seidler Equity Partners, staying invested. This investment could lead to a broad-based employee ownership program.
