Irish TV presenter Maura Derrane, known for RTE's Today Show, broke her wrist in a fall before hosting Oliver Callan's radio show. Despite the pain, she hosted the show, then went to the VHI Swiftcare Clinic where doctors confirmed the double wrist fracture. Derrane, who referred to her injured wrist as her "broken paw," described the accident as simple and a "lovely" start to her summer.
