3 Havelock residents, John Carr, Jeanette Felder, and Jaqueline Antone, were arrested on drug trafficking charges after a traffic stop in Havelock, NC, resulting in the seizure of 37g of fentanyl, 45g of heroin, and other controlled substances. Carr's home search uncovered an altered firearm and more drugs. All face multiple charges and are held with high bonds.
