Gallup's 2024 State of the Global Workplace report finds 34% of workers globally are "thriving," with thriving workers reporting fewer health problems, less stress and improved wellbeing. Finland, Denmark, and Switzerland top the list of countries where workers thrive most. The study, based on overall life evaluation, shows thriving workers have more hope, happiness, energy, interest, and respect.
