A massive explosion at an industrial refrigeration plant in Pennsylvania, possibly owned by Johnson Controls, injured three people on Tuesday. The incident occurred at 100 Cumberland Valley Ave in Waynesboro, near the state's southern border with Maryland. Two of the injured required airlift to the hospital, one to a burn unit. The cause of the explosion has not yet been determined, and OSHA is investigating the incident.
