Colin Farrell's "The Penguin" series, a spin-off from "The Batman" film, will premiere on HBO Max in September. Set in Gotham City after the movie's events, the series follows the Penguin's rise in the criminal underworld and stars Cristin Milioti as Sofia Falcone. It is part of a lineup of DC animated and live-action projects set for release in 2024 and 2026.
