43-year-old Jeremie Michael Spencer from Alabama was arrested and charged with second-degree domestic violence/stalking and first-degree electronic stalking after allegedly stalking his ex-wife and placing a tracking device on her vehicle. Spencer made over 50 threatening calls and texts to the victim during an eight-day period. He is being held without bond in the Houston County Jail.
