Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi says Prime Minister Narendra Modi is unlikely to heed RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's advice on conflict-scarred Manipur. Gogoi stated that PM Modi will "avoid" Manipur, "misuse law enforcement agencies and try to bend the Indian Constitution". The RSS chief expressed concern over peace eluding Manipur even after one year and called for the situation to be considered with priority.
