Melissa Etheridge's new docuseries, "Melissa Etheridge: I'm Not Broken," premieres on Paramount+ on July 9. The two-part series follows Etheridge as she writes an original song inspired by letters from five female inmates at the Topeka Correctional Facility in Kansas. Etheridge, whose son Beckett passed away from an opioid overdose in 2020, uses her platform to connect with these women and address themes of female incarceration, addiction, and healing.
