The incident occurred on June 10, 2024, at 1:13 p.m. near Michigan Avenue and Lima Center Road. The plane, registered to Silvered Wings LLC out of Howell, had taken off from Ann Arbor Municipal Airport. The National Transportation Safety Board, Federal Aviation Administration, and Michigan State Police are investigating the crash site.
