Former Terre Haute police officer, Jeffrey Pupilli, will not face a DUI conviction due to insufficient breath-alcohol test evidence. The tests were not approved for criminal court use. Pupilli pleaded guilty to a Class B misdemeanor, public intoxication, and will serve 90 days probation. He resigned from the police department about three weeks after his arrest.
