Descartes Systems Group, a supply chain and logistics management software company, acquired BoxTop Technologies Ltd., a provider of software for small to mid-sized logistics firms, for $13M. BoxTop's platform supports goods movement from quoting to routing, booking, and delivery. The acquisition follows a pre-existing partnership and is described by Descartes' GM as the "next logical step".
