British property firm Henry Boot sold an Oxfordshire development site with planning permission for 75 homes to UK homebuilder Mulberry Homes. The sale follows Henry Boot's strategy to focus on land investment and projects with approved planning processes. Mulberry Homes will develop the site, including local infrastructure improvements and a children's play area. The deal is expected to complete in H2 2024.
