Biloxi police assisting Gulfport officers in locating James Terry Mitchell III led to the discovery of a marijuana growing operation at a Biloxi residence. Mitchell, wanted on a theft charge involving a $20k theft from an elderly woman, was found hiding in the house. His associate, Malinda Jean Centifanto, was charged with manufacture of a controlled substance, child endangerment, and hindering prosecution.
