Armenian Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan reports that Armenia has completed repairs on the Margara checkpoint and is ready to open the Armenia-Turkey border for third-country citizens and diplomatic passport holders, as agreed in July 2022. However, no steps have been observed from the Turkish side. Rubinyan also mentioned a planned meeting with Turkey's special envoy, Serdar Kilic, but no date has been set.
