Apollo Global and Kyndryl Holdings, an IBM spinoff, are reportedly in talks for a joint bid to acquire IT services provider DXC Technology. An acquisition offer of between $22 and $25 per share has been discussed by the two companies, causing DXC's stock to increase by 12%. DXC is also considering selling its insurance software business for over $2 billion amidst declining revenue due to economic concerns and high-interest rates.
