Zuru, a toy company owned by brothers Nick and Mat Mowbray, tops New Zealand's 2024 Rich List, displacing Graeme Hart who held the top spot for over 20 years. The Mowbrays' company, which began in their Cambridge garage, now boasts 5,000 employees across 30 global locations and an estimated worth of $20 billion. Zuru plans to grow to $10 billion in annual turnover within the next five years.
