16-year-old Stormy Wilkinson from Garden City, last seen at Bear Lake Laundry, is missing and believed to be with an unidentified adult man. The Rich County Sheriff's Office activated a Utah Endangered Missing Advisory and requests public assistance in finding her. Stormy is 5'6"-5'8" tall, weighs around 165 lbs, with black hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black tank top, dark blue jeans, and a small black backpack purse.
