37-year-old Sorah Tyner from Toms River, New Jersey has been charged with vehicular homicide, manslaughter, endangering a child, assault by auto, hindering, and obstruction following a fatal wrong-way crash on May 30. Tyner's minivan collided with an SUV, killing 36-year-old Carolina Bonilla-Hernandez and a child in Tyner's vehicle. The prosecutor's office has not confirmed if the child was related to Tyner.
