23-year-old man arrested after shotgun discharged in Ballygowan residential street on Sunday morning. The incident occurred at around 7:45am in Oakdale, when a shotgun round struck a garage window. Officers located the suspect on a rooftop in Meadow Avenue and detained him. He remains in custody.
