20-year-old Dickinson woman drowns near Galveston rock jetty; found floating face down, beach patrol attempts CPR, transported to hospital where she later dies. Witnesses report the woman either jumped or fell into the water on the west side of the rock jetty, and Galveston police and fire departments conducted CPR on the scene.
