Worthy Farm partners with Hexla and Levidian to implement "LOOP" technology, capturing biogas from cow slurry to produce hydrogen and graphene for emission reduction at their CHP plant.
Worthy Farm, home to the Glastonbury Festival, implemented a groundbreaking climate technology in partnership with Hexla and Levidian. The "LOOP" technology captures biogas produced from cow slurry to generate hydrogen and graphene, utilizing carbon captured from biomethane. The graphene will be sold to various industries, while the hydrogen will be used onsite at Worthy Farm's Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant, reducing annual greenhouse gas emissions by up to 25 tonnes.
