The US DOJ and FDA have announced the formation of a federal multi-agency task force to combat the illegal distribution and sale of e-cigarettes. The task force, which includes the ATF, USMS, USPIS, and FTC, aims to coordinate and streamline efforts against unlawful e-cigarette sales that have led to nicotine addiction among American youth. Additional agencies may join the task force in the coming weeks and months.
